📲 Telegram Integration with WhautoChat

Connect your Telegram bot to WhautoChat to send and receive messages directly in your unified Team Inbox-alongside WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and LiveChat.

🔧 Steps to Connect Telegram​

  1. Log in to WhautoChat

    • Go to the WhautoChat app and log in.

  2. Go to Integrations

    • In the left sidebar, click on the Integration menu.
    • Select the Telegram Connect option.

  3. Create Your Telegram Bot

    • Open the Telegram app.
    • Search for @BotFather and start a chat.
    • Send the command /newbot to begin creating your bot.

  4. Follow the Setup Prompts

    • Choose a Name for your bot (e.g., MyBusiness Bot).
    • Choose a Username that ends in bot (e.g., mybusiness_support_bot).

  5. Copy Your Bot Token

    • After setup, BotFather will give you a Bot API Token. It will look like:

      123456789:ABCdefGhIjKlmNoPQRstuVwXyZ

  6. Connect Telegram in WhautoChat

    • Go back to WhautoChat → Integrations → Telegram.
    • Paste the Bot Token in the provided field.
    • Click Connect.
    • If the token is valid, your Telegram bot will be connected successfully.

✅ You're Done! Your Telegram bot is now integrated with WhautoChat. You can now manage all Telegram messages through your Team Inbox.
